*The doctor might be calling from a private number. Kindly make sure that your phone setting does not block a NO CALLER ID.
*Due to the high volume of calls and requests for consultation, we are unable to guarantee a specific time when the doctor would call.
If you are not able to pick up when the doctor calls, you would have missed your spot in line and will be moved at the end of the list or rolled over the following clinic day. For this, we would like to ask for your understanding and patience. But please be assured that we will try our best to keep in touch with you for updates.

*Should there be any prescription, it will be faxed directly to your preferred pharmacy. Kindly call the pharmacist first before heading there to make sure that they have received your prescription and that it is ready for pick up.
